Designed specifically for "people", the area and public space centered on "household type center" and arranged apartments around various public places to start and feel safe. Each floor of the spring has two different families. Each family is designed to facilitate the households to be in an open, intimate scale catering, living, and activity space. Steps combine skilled care and assisted living components.
