The Florida sanatorium is a nationally recognized community of health care, housing and the lives of the elderly. The building includes 102 independent living apartments, including multi-purpose facilities, synagogues, whirlpool spas, fitness centers, art studios and more. The restaurant leads to the interior courtyard and terrace.

There are 20 households, each including private rooms, kitchens and flexible living spaces.
